Apollon is the God of Sun, life music, art and  wisdom. Under his auspice we’ve brought to life the coffee with a higher share of Arabica’s smooth, scrumptious taste and completed it with 30% of strong and passionate Robusta. Coffee which is fated for Monday mornings! Apollon consists of a mixture of the best grains of Mexican Arabica and Indian Robusta.

Antiochus – 60/40 AR

If you adore the intensity of Robusta but prefer to keep your caffeine levels temperate, we can only recommend this coffee named after the capable ruler of Commagene Kingdom. While it’s taste holds the strentgh of Robusta, it still consists mainly of lower caffeine Arabica. The combination that makes it the most popular choice of coffee lovers! Antiochus I is a mixture of the best grains of Peruan Arabica and Ugandan Robusta.

Properly roasted and perfectly grounded coffee beans...

Grinding coffee breaks down the structure of the coffee cells, which give off aromatic oils. These oils make the coffee taste and smell good. The extra fine ground coffee, whose consistency is very similar to powder or plain flour, is suitable not only for use in a coffee pot, but also for use in a Moka pot, French press and Aeropress.

OUR STORY

A clear signal for lovers of good coffee and collectors.

In 2020, we started thinking about our own coffee brand, but we didn’t want just an “ordinary” coffee, we wanted a coffee with a real story, a unique packaging design and a perfect taste. We really took the time to develop the coffee and the whole process took over a year. With the owner of the Fiery Bean roastery in Otrokovice, we discussed at length the ideal composition of each type. We had a vision and the owner tried to mix delicious and balanced blends based on his long experience, which is why the 100% Arabica and Robusta are from two blends of selected coffees. The beans selected in this way and the carefully thought out blends give the assurance that this will not be a classic single-origin and ordinary coffee. In the search for the right taste, various alternatives were tested and hundreds of samples were blended with the assistance of professional baristas, which finally crystallized perfectly into their current form, which is why you will find only carefully selected beans from Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Uganda, Vietnam and India in our coffees.
